"Yuck" is the first thing that comes to mind.... guess I'll have one less thing to TIVO this year. Well, I'll still watch the try-outs, they are always funny.

One thing I never understood bout AI was the mediocrity. Anyone else remember that show where they were looking for new bandmates for INXS on that show Rock Star, the contestants were light years more talented than most of AI's. Why could Rock Star find so much talent when AI had so many more people to choose from?

Because the genre was rock. I watched also. AI doesn't fit just one category.

I am not happy with the choices and for the first time since I started watching (Season 4), I will not be watching this year.

I choose to go ahead and get off of the Titanic while there are still lifeboats left.

I can't stand Jlo and think she is a terrible person to pick as an AI judge. I would have loved Harry Connick Jr. he was fantastic when he was on. Steven Tyler came out of left field for me, I would never have thought of him as a contender, just because, well, maybe I just think he is too famous for the show! . I liked Shania Twain when she was a guest judge. she would have been better than Jlo!

I love Steven Tyler, but I do think Harry Connick would have been a MUCH better choice!!

And Jennifer Lopez? Ugh. That's all I have to say about that.

Not a JLo fan, but I love Steven Tyler. Don't know if that will be enough to get me to watch again. This show (IMO) was over years ago. Even Ellen couldn't save it and I love Ellen.
