OMG. All hail Idolatry! :worship: :worship: :worship:

I know there are parts of the thread I've missed so if this has already been discussed at length -- please disregard this post. :)

Now I have enjoyed the clips of this "show" IMMENSELY all season, but I just watched the 5 part (5!! :yay: ) interview with DC and they have outdone themselves.

FINALLY an interview without the same inane questions over and over and OVER again. It was funny and INTERESTING for once. I think it was the AI forum on TWOP that had come up with the DC interview drinking game. THIS interview wouldn't even get you a buzz. :lmao:

A thousand apologies in advance if I ruin this for someone, but I do believe no one objected to tour spoilers. And FINALLY DC spilled some tour beans. We knew he'd sing the "Magic Rainbow" song. But he also listed the following additions to the set list. I suppose it could change, but this is what he's planning on right now.

Always be my Baby :faint:
Billie Jean :faint: :faint:

And HELLO! Dear God if he sings the WHOLE song you will hear me screaming all the way from Phoenix! AND Las Vegas. ;)

He'll sing one other song but it hasn't been settled on yet. TWIK would be great as would be "Little Sparrow" and a few others. I just love damn near everything he did this season.

They asked about any duets/collaborations and he said there is a possibility that they will perform Barracuda with DC on guitar, Jason on drums, and Carly on vocals. THAT should be fun! I am not a fan of the song I gotta say. And being at a kid's b-day party where I heard it a couple dozen times thanks to Guitar Hero did NOT help. But I'll get over it for 5 minutes. I was sorta blah about the tour earlier this week and I am now back to being excited.

slight tangent-
I was in the car listening to KLOS and they played the original "All Right Now" from Free. I have listened to the DC version so often that Free's version now sounds flat out WEIRD. Rogers sounds a little um...wimpy in comparison. And he is considered one of the greats.

I'll have to check out Idolatry.

Thanks for the concert info. I'm even more excited about the tour.

Yesterday I actually had the song stuck in my head. That's the one he sang when he won, right? I like it. Surprisingly. Haha. I may buy one or two of his CDs. :)

LOL, nope, didn't wear my wedding dress to the beach. :thumbsup2
Yes, it's from that report. I wish all of you would join me there, but there's alot of talk here of being afraid of the community board. My thread isn't scary, I promise!
Unless cute adorable babies scare you. :rolleyes1

I started reading it but lost track. I just couldn't keep up. Only adorable babies with full diapers scare me. :scared1:

In case anyone missed the David's on TRL...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kPXhmx4LVk

thanks, I don't normally watch TRL. That guy at the beginning, cheering like the girls (making fun obviously) cracked me up! :lmao:

Is this thread going to die all weekend long? Everyone have exciting things planned??

umm....not really. Been LAZY today with the exception of getting my hair highlighted and trimmed this morning!

wanna see?

Oooh! That ride is fun. I wonder if the DL one will be the same or just similar?

I think it should be the same

You must not watch SpongeBob.

Lucky you! :lmao:

I LOVE Spongebob and I can sing the WHOLE themesong by heart

I just don't religiously watch it or anything. Did he say the pirate movie joke?

hey now, that's my friend Heather! (TrueEeyore)

I see she noticed herself now. And yes, she's gorgeous!

We live in the same town and I still haven't had a Heather sighting. If we don't run into each other by the end of the year maybe we'll plan to meet. It's more fun waiting to meet by chance though!

:rotfl::rotfl2:

I will try to contain myself but i cannot be responsible for my actions around beautiful women....

Yes Officer I know 500 feet but have you seen her.....:lmao:

I'm around still alive and busy. When I get some time Monday or Tuesday I'll post who all I'm seeing this week at CMA Fest.

So, I take a day off from posting so I can go to work and I am greeted by Stalker DolphinDan. :lmao: I was gonna pretend that pic was of me from 20 years ago but I see that I can't claim that. TrueEeyore -YOU - I can be jealous of. Your pics are beautiful, btw.

Anyway, Billy - just when I was about to tell you that you could be my big brother (who is actually younger) for defending the ladies here, you go and revert to your old ways. :lmao:

What else did I miss? Loved the EW idolatry. Best interviews of the lot of them. That magic rainbow song does have a hook to it. I keep thinking it should've been fading rainbow, or something a little less rainbowy. :confused3 I could totally seeing people singing that way too loud, pretty drunk, in a college pub setting, arms around each other, swaying - kind of how people sing Piano Man. I am in no way comparing the two in terms of staying power, however!

I'll be back to comment more, if there is anything worth commenting on. ;)
