Happy Mem Day again, everyone... the burgers are on the grill and I had to read the MEOWfest about David's lovelife..

I guess everyone is out grilling, since it's so quiet in here. We got back from WDW this afternoon. I'm exhausted. It's way too hot to spend that much time outside. We won't be going back until DD's birthday in August.

Hey MQ -- we were just at Disneyland today! I'm glad our little thread has both coasts covered! It is high 60's in Anaheim today. Not too cold for Splash Mountain, and not too hot! And it was fun to ride the Indy ride the weekend the other Indy movie opened.

It was nice getting back to real life with Dh and the kids and not thinking about DC for the day. But as I got off the tram at Downtown Disney -- "Dare you to move" was playing on the outside speakers. And I heard "The World I Know" on the way home.

We do plan on grilling out tonight though. As soon as DH gets up from his nap. DL wore him out.

Man, we grilled and napped and I'm back up to get my eBay stuff up. I made nearly a THOUSAND dollars last week .... not David Cook but good for ME!!!

I'm so glad the American Idol people are going to be setting up what sounds like a cool website for him. And having him do the youtube updates and stuff will be really nice.

Although I'm still annoyed that his old personal myspace page redirects to his new "official page." grr.

I've never sold anything on ebay before (only made purchases.) What kinds of things do you sell?

I sell prostetic bras for cancer survivors. Also I've been selling Wii accessories, which REALLY sells!! Other than that I sell whatever I can get my hands on. I told my BF and my son that if they stood still long enough, I'd take a picture of them and put them up, too...

I've been unemployed off and on for 5 years since I lost my radio job so I can't depend on RL anymore. I'm mostly a freelancer now but I NEVER stop eBaying. It keeps me above water.

That was awesome. I have to say it again...what a nice guy. Now for the computer brain dead me, how do I subscribe to his page?? (you would never know I work on a computer all day, this is why I'm probably slower than everyone else I work with)

I was just telling my daughter that I need to find some kind of work at home stuff to do. I don't want to sell stuff but I'd like to do typing, reviews, stuff like that. I just want extra income to support my Disney habit and to buy into DVC since my husband is being a poop about it.

So, I've been trying to distance myself, you know, the break-up of me and my TV boyfriend and then he goes and does that. David Cook, the flove continues.

Seriously, this guy has broken the AI mold. I think we've all known for a long time that he had some genius in him. So kudos to AI for finally joining this century and maybe, just maybe, the whole AI machine will be tweaked in an awesome direction.

You should check out the budget board here on the Dis. Through that I've found a video review site (get $), written review site (get $), and a site where I get stuff for free to review (soon to be for MyPoints). PM me if you want to know more, because that's all I can say about that stuff without being put in DIS jail. ::cop: I'm always happy to help someone find a way to support their Disney habit, especially the DVC one.
