Hello everyone... since you've all been so helpful thus far, I thought I'd throw another question out there... I would LOVE to have our reception at the American Adventure Rotunda in Epcot... I read a few of you had your reception there and I recall seeing numbers of guests under the 100 mark. Yet, when I look on the Disney Wedding Website, it says min. of 100 guests... can anyone help with this? There is no way I'll have 100 guests... my extended family (Dad's brothers and sisters) just won't come which will put me around the 60-70 guest mark.... anyone have any idea if they just say min of 100 guests and may accomodate us if we ask? Thanks. :flower:

Keep smiling!! :-)

No problem—we’re all happy to help!

I had my reception at the American Adventure Rotunda with less than 100 guests. However, I booked my wedding before Disney increased the minimum number of people from 75 to 100 (this was back in 2002). They only let me do it because I had already been working with them before they raised the requirement. It certainly doesn’t hurt to ask, but I have a feeling that they will be pretty strict about this requirement.

They have been pretty strict about the guest requirement lately. You may be able to slip around it by ofering to PAY for 100 people. It doesn't hurt to ask!
