I see that the American Adventure (AA) attraction is open during Evening EMH at Epcot.
Here' a logistics question.
After a 9:00 IllumiNations, EMH runs until 12 Midnight.
In World Showcase, the only "open" attractions are:
Rio Del Tiempo (Mexico)
Maelstrom (Norway)
and American Adventure (USA)
I'm a WDW veteran so I know WHERE everything is located... and THAT's the ODD thing.
If you choose to stay on the "FAR side" of the World Showcase Lagoon to view IllumiNations, you could then easily just stroll in to the AA and see the show, then walk around back to Norway and Mexico.
HOWEVER...
The AA does not always run "show-after-show" continuously.
There are generally some pretty long "between times" for that theater.
During NORMAL Epcot hours, you can shop the other countries, eat a snack at the "American Hot Dog Restaurant"
and eventually come back either in time to go up to the theater for the show or earlier to listen to the incredible "Voices of Liberty" sing in the rotunda.
But with EMH, everything ELSE is not open (as far as I know).
How does it work for people to WALK all the way back to AA from Norway, with nothing else OPEN... and stay until they run the AA show... then trudge all the way back around, again with nothing but the restrooms (I HOPE) open.
It would be GREAT if they ran the "Friendship(s)" from up front to the back of Epcot during this time (but, AFAIK, these boats dock before IllumiNations and don't start up again.)
AND, what time is the LAST AA show of the EMH evening?
AA lasts about 30 minutes, so... do they start the last show a half-hour before the END of the EMH?
Do they start it right at the END of EMH (and let it run until a half-hour AFTER EMH is over?
Think about how you'd feel if you made that long lonely trek all the way back to the AA, and MISS the last show.
Anyone observe how this actually works?
