Hello there! Does anyone know where to go to see your no rush shipping credits on Amazon? I used to have a link that took me there but it's not working. Amazon is no help when I do chat. And I know I have a balance from Christmas shopping but no clue how to find it. I swear they make it difficult on purpose so you can't use them!

Anyone have a link or directions on how to get there?

Thanks:groom:

Thanks I guess I don't have any but I swear I picked longer shipping times to get the rewards, but the only thing under payments, wallet, is gift card balances. umf

My "no rush reward summary" is under the "Shopping programs & rental" on my account. It still shows up even though I have a 0 balance. (Used my no-rush credit already!)

I buy a lot on Amazon and have no idea what those are. I never pay for expedited shipping since most items tend to arrive sooner then their projections. Perhaps this relates to Amazon prime which I don't have.

I have also specifically chosen the no-rush shipping to get the digital credits, and it seems like they have not been crediting. This makes me angry, because I would specifically order a few Kindle books if I would get those credits.

Ugh and under what pick do I find shopping program & rental. Geez so many choices and I have no patience to be hunting around.ha

I get these all the time. I find no rush doesn't always show up if you order just one item, or multiples of an item. Usually, I order two different items, and at checkout, a no rush option is shown for each. I check both, but you will only get one no rush reward per total order.

To check my balance, I go to kindle books, pick one, and at price details will link you to your digital rewards. The rewards do have expiration dates.

This doesn't work for me either. Only price is there. Geez why is this so difficult 😠

If you go to a movie rental , and click on "redeem gift card or promotion code) it will show there. Or as noted above in the price details if you look at a Kindle book. If nothing shows there, then you don't have any no rush credits.

I like to save the emails they send me that states I got the credit. I used to hold the credits for so long that I start to forget when they expire. So saving the email helps me keep track. I didn't know there was a place on the website to view them but I did just buy McAfee Virus protection as a download and it took the $2.50 off that I was expecting. I was able to see the credit being applied before I finalized the purchase. If you're not able to view your credits, try making a qualifying purchase (not digital music) and see if it shows up before you reach the point where you finalize your purchase. Digital music doesn't let you preview your purchase for some reason. I just click to buy a song and once I get the email, it lists that it was free or maybe $0.29.

If you look at the details when highlighting a ebook for purchase, it will show all of your digital dollars and when they expire. I also get a separate email that I am receiving the digital promotion when the purchased item ships.

Thanks everyone. I do keep the emails they send me about the credits, duh! They expired 12/15. I thought they lasted longer. I got them Oct 25 and they expired 12/15. I'll just continue to keep the emails in a separate folder and use the link in the email to check balances.

You can just google amazon no rush credit and it will pull up the page with the link to check your credits.

I save them for Kindle books but then somebody wants to rent a movie so we just use them for that.

I can never find them on my account also. I have to google "no rush shipping balance" and then
go from there. Now i just bookmark the link.

By the way these are the best things ever!! Last year alone i got 300-400 worth. For a while Amazon
was giving 3 dollars each when it was chaos. I use mine for movies or tv shows but only the ones saying
MOVIES ANYWHERE so you always have access. Also I like to use for slot tokens. I use to go to
local Casino once or twice a month. Now I just play online. Haven't spent a dime in almost 2 years. lol

I wish they would offer something else if you did the no rush option. Most times I can wait for delivery, but I never use those credits, so I always choose the next day option.

What are these slot tokens you are talking about?

Hi when you download a game from their app store. You get free tokens to start with. Then inevitably
you run out and it ask if you like to purchase more. If you have digital credit left on Amazon it will
take it from your balance not your credit card.
