Amazon Help Please

I've been selling on Amazon for over two years now. I've just received an email saying I've been dropped as a seller due to being "linked" to a banned account. I'm pretty sure they are referring to my mom's account, which is new but there was a problem so I logged in for her to try to sort it out.

Everything I've read online has been horrible. No success stories on getting reinstated. I haven't done anything wrong, I can't get anyone to talk to me about this. I need advice, desperately. Who can I call? What should I do?

I've consulted with my resident expert, and I have been told that if you emailed Seller Support but no one has gotten back to you within 24 hours, then your only recourse is to "write to legal" explaining the situation. And then be patient.
