I’m missing the extra tasks given to teams that come in last but aren’t eliminated.

Me too. I read earlier in he thread that the two teams that were eliminated pre-Covid had to do extra tasks when the came back buy we were not shown them. Still, I am happy with a slightly lamer season than no season at all.

I can't get over how long Dusty was there with the rocks. I think at first he was just looking under them, not looking at the bottom of them. I still think Dusty and Ryan will make it to the Final 3, but I think Kim and Penn are going to win. Usually the last task will be a memory/physical thing and Penn is just amazing at anything memory.

He does nag but she is not a lot better in some of her directions. Like last night she kept saying go straight when there was no straight to go.

That was funny with him asking straight left or straight right to actually get an answer out of her.

My top two are Ryan/Dusty or Kim/Penn. I’d be fine with the flight attendants though. I don’t like the father daughter. He’s rude and they have played weak and gotten lucky with nonelimination or teams that couldn’t continue.

I was kind of glad that the guys were saved this week, since the rock challenge was so much a case of luck.

I think if the father/daughter team had been saved ONCE AGAIN, I would have thrown something at the TV. I want to like them, but they just aren't very good racers.

I dont' usually like non-elimination rounds, but thought this week was a good time to do one. I really don't like luck/needle in a haystack challenges at all. I remember one from many years back where they were looking in haystacks. Glad the guys took a minute to take in the view. .
I've been rooting for Kim/Penn the whole race.

I'm rooting for Kim & Penn but I'll be happy if the girls win or Ryan and Dusty. The father/daughter team, no way will they will. Doubt very much they will make it past the first hour to be in the top three. Nor do they really deserve to BE in the top three

that penalty only makes sense if you are Rob and can convince another team to take it after you. Otherwise you are almost gtd to be last to the pitstop

Penn talked about this on their podcast. They could have taken the penalty. The 4 that were not doing the rock challenge talked about all the teams just taking the penalty. Kim said that if the 4 brought it up to the ones doing the challenge that she would refuse because she didn't want to give up. Kim also thought the other wouldn't have given up either.

I thought this was a great season. I enjoyed not having the public transportation since I always felt bad whenever a team would lose for no fault of their own if they had a lousy taxi driver. The winners were so positive and treated each other well through all the stresses and challenges. And it was so nice that an older team beat all the younger, stronger kids!

Not terribly disappointed, would have preferred the second place team to win though.

the second to last leg the flight attendants won a trip to Jade Mountain, which is the high end section of Anse Chastenet, a beautiful resort in St Lucia have been to several times with DHs dive group.

I would have preferred the second-place team, but I thought all three teams raced really well.

Now, the fourth-place team, if they had managed to pull it off, I would have been annoyed.

I was rooting for Ryan and Dusty. Ryan because of what happened to him and Dusty for believing in him.
