I literally couldn't watch the first half of the episode because I thought I was going to throw up. It was annoying but I fast forwarded through it and just watched the second half.
Nothing personal against them but I was so disappointed about the non-elimination. They must be the luckiest team in TAR history.I can’t believe Arun and Natalia get another chance. This is like the 4th time they ended up last and got to come back.
I thought we got to see a lot of Greece while the teams were lost, especially as they were tracking the cars through the town. The scenery has been great, although last night’s episode was certainly not the best. The challenges did nothing to highlight the locale, other than a cool looking church. I love the challenges like hiking down the ridge, and last night was all pretty meh.
For some reason I’m noticing the background music more this season. They do a really nice job.
I'm ok with the staggered starts. I think the thing with equalization is that we all know it's going to happen, and while the staggered start is still not great, is at least creating true (albeit minor) consequences for finishing back of the pack instead of the airport equalizations we always get.I’ve missed a couple episodes, but I’m generally enjoying this season. There’s way too much equalization and no travel drama, but I appreciate they did what they could under the circumstances, so definitely giving them a pass.
I think Dusty is pretty aware that he's... kind of intense. He did mention in the confessional that "half of Greece" probably heard him yelling. He's not my favourite person on the show, but it is what it is, and the other teams actually seem amused by him. But I do wonder if the editing is leading us somewhere with this - does Dusty's intensity end up costing the team?I like the players, with the possible exception of Dusty. Dial it back dude! Is that ‘roid rage or what? I wonder how he sees himself as he watches this. He probably thinks it’s fine. I would be cringing and calling all the others to apologize!
That cheese was nothing compared to some of the other food challenges. But yeah, it was still pretty wiggly and gross.I didn’t watch the cheese thing. A hard no from me on eating that even if $1M is on the line.
I knew it would be NEL so wanted them to be gone.
The father/daughter team need to go. They are not in the same league as the other three and the father’s nagging, fault finding, and general attitude annoy me no end. She was breaking the plates, Pops. Stop micromanaging her.
