I feel bad for the Weavers next week, regardless of the task at the race track. I think it is poor taste for the producers to exploit the emotions of teenagers on national TV. Regardless of if this was planned in advance, I just don't think it is right. I think the big difference between this and past contestants facing their fears is that a race track directly resulted in the death of their father less than a year ago. And, they are CHILDREN, not adults. It just doesn't seem right/fair, regardless of them knowing that anything could happen on this race.....
The Gaghan boy continues to crack me up:
Dad: Come on "boy's name", look at Carissa go
Boy: She doesn't have any bags!
Mom: I know honey, just try to go faster.....
I am sorry to see the Aiello's go, they were ok. But I do think they made a mistake staying at the mud buggies too long. I also think they completely were overreacting at the airport with the Weavers.
All I have to say about the Weavers little breakdown was, Hello, two teenage girls.....it happens. None of the teams on that bus had teenage girls or children old enough to go through that stage yet.
BORING episode and I agree 100% with everyone about the last challenge. It was cool to be at Space Camp, but that was ridiculous how they set up the roadblock. There wasn't even a chance. I too think they should have added another clue box somewhere or made it a non-elimination.
