I agree Mirna and Charla will be our team who we will love to hate. Mirna telling the cameras, we will do this ourselves, we don't need anybody (I guess other teams) to help us. Then you have the locals helping them with their backpacks, giving them rides...it was comical!

The brothers if they don't do well here could go on Average Joe. It was hilarious when they told Phil they would have gotten to the checkpoint faster if they knew she (Miss Uruguay) was going to be there.

As much as I hate to say it, it looks like Alison and Donny will do well in the race even though the previews for next week show her already being so hateful toward Donny. She has a brilliant mind for competitions. She QUICKLY checks everything out first...she knew what plane was to get there first, looked for the earliest ferry, she asked how they could get to a place the fastest (I forget where) by bus or by taxi...she's FAST!

It is Tuesday yet?!?

Sigh............I love this show!!! last night was awesome! The only team I kinda don't like are the "models" & then the other boyfriend girlfriend team where he said he was the most "intense" competitor out there or something like that. I don't dislike them yet, but they don't grab me.

I really like the married couple- fantastic attitude! I also like the internet dating couple- they also have a GREAT attitude. And Allison And Donny----- but they are GREAT competitors, esp her!

Myrna and cousin were CRACKING me up- some funny quips!

I just joined. Love this show, but so far no teams have jumped out at me as the one I want to win. Mirna is SOOOOO annoying! What a whiner!!! Does anyone know why there were only 11 teams to start with instead of 12? Just wondering if someone dropped out at the last minute.

I too love this show...was really upset that every single team that arrived first at the airport took the first flight without even thinking to check the other one. These people must have watched the show before. READ EVERYTHING!!!

As you hear her saying this they show them walking with the locals, one guy with 2 backpacks on him and another one helping with the meat.....too much...im sorry I just still can't get over the fact that she wanted to play black jack before getting to the pit stop.

Charla and Mirna are sooo annoying, especially Mirna. She is so whiny...and what was with everything being "a sign"? "ooh, Charla, we were just in a casino last week, that means we have to go to the casino! It's a sign!" um, ok...

I think Allison and Donny will be the Flo and Zach this season...no one likes them, but they're good at the competition and will probably make it pretty far.

Other than Charla and Mirna, though, I really don't think there are any teams that I specifically don't like yet. I was kind of surprised that I liked the Bowling Moms...I didn't think they would be very good, but they impressed me!

The Charla/Mirna comment about doing it by themselves was in reference to the fact that they tried to get several teams to work with them and got a lot of cold shoulder treatments. They actually said that they would like to work with people earlier on.

I think this could be an interesting race as there are a lot of variety to the teams and a lot of new rules and little switches going on. Like the earliest flight have a longer layover, the yield, etc.....

Hey everyone!

I just joined the league. Better late than never .

The team I cannot stand the most so far is the twins (at least I think they were twins, we had a weather advisory up throughout the show & it covered up the bottom corner of my tv). The team I like the best is the married couple who missed the marker & had to go back. Of course, these are first impressions & I'm sure they will change! Heck, I think I liked Flo at one point...nah, just kidding.

Loved the show last night! So glad that it's back!

My favorites at the moment are the bowling moms.

I know that I'm in the minority, but I like Charla and Myrna. While watching the part where they had to carry the meat, my husband kept saying that they needed to put it on their shoulders. Wasn't Myrna the only one who did? Or maybe she just couldn't carry it the other way.

The team I dislike the most is the brothers.

I bet missing the clue and having to go back will teach some of them to be more careful.

Loved it when the cousins were at the casino and one of them wanted to play a round of BJ.

I thought bowling moms would be the first to go. They surprised me and did pretty good. I like Charla. She is interesting to watch, if nothing else. Gotta give her credit for even going on the show. I thought they might be penalized for having that guy help with the meat.

My boyfriend's coworker used to live near Allison and his son did some ice skating competitions with her. He was shocked last year by her behavior on BB because he always thought she was this sweet and innocent little girl. Today, he was even more shocked by the attitude she takes on with Donny. Of course, he still is rooting for her to win.

The two that got on my nerves last night were the "models". The guy came across as a real space cadet to me.

Great show so far. I was surprised to see the couple that came in last....come in last. They just struck me as the type that would have gone far in the game. I guess you just never know.

So far I like Kim and Chip (glad to see that going back to the route marker didn't hurt them too much) and Charla and Myrna.

Hey, I just joined too. My screen name is the same, Beth76. I tried to join before the show yesterday, but just couldn't get around to it.

I thought it was a very interesting show yesterday. At first I was mad because they had them running so much at the beginning. They've never made them run that far before and I felt bad for Charla. Of course, when they started putting them on-screen that faded. How irritating are they? They say that they want to be independent, but yet they want everyone to help them. How many times did Mirna say "God help us" or "nobody will help us?" And what was with Charla asking people if they wanted to help her? I'm sorry, but I'll be glad when they're gone.

I really do like the bowling moms. Usually, when they have women teams like that, they're portrayed as weak. These ladies really seem to have it together. So far, I like them the best.

I just found out that my friend's brother is dating Kami, one of the twins! My friend and her mom were freaking out watching it last night since they nearly got eliminated. But I think that's so cool!

My dh watched it for the first time and asked me if it was always so frantic. He couldn't follow it at all. I do like the 'bowling moms' and Chip and Kim.

I was sorry that Donny and Erika wee the first off. They are a local couple, the first time someone in a reality show I watched was from my area.

What's wrong with Charl using her handicap to her advantage? You use what you've got. Girls will use their sex appeal, so of locals take pity on her, why shouldn't she use it to her advantage? It's not making her any less independent.
