Nope, calihannah is me (Hannah) But unfortunately, I'm going to have to switch DISMeets groups! We are switching our cruise to the 7/2 sailing to attend a friend's wedding that conflicts with this one!

Since Becky did a good job of introducing herself I am inspired to write a better introduction. Plus it doesn't look like people are flying in here to join this thread so I guess whoever does come we will just know each other very well.

So again, my name is Deb. I am 33 years old (34 at cruise). I am married to Bryce, my high school sweetheart!

We have two boys. Derek will be 11 on the cruise and he is an outgoing crazy kid who loves talking. He is interested in baseball and musicals. I know, a weird combo! He enjoys playing little league and played a lead in last summer's youth musical. He plans on auditioning for the summer show again this year.

Our other son is Nicholas will be 8 on the cruise. He is more shy until he gets to know people. He stands out in the crowd with his bright red hair and sweet smile. He likes playing sports and his favorite is basketball.

Both of the boys are huge video game fans and Pokemon fans! They drive me crazy trying to understand this stuff. However, thankfully for me they both love Disney. They love WDW, DCL, Disney movies, anything Disney. They love to get character auographs of characters they haven't seen before. They also like to collect Disney pins which weigh down my luggage! So far I am pleased that they are not "too old or too cool" to believe in the magic of Disney!

My husband works as a Chemical Engineer and he is one of those crazy math and science people! He likes golf and hanging out with family and friends. He is excited to be going to Alaska with his best bud (or whatever men would call it), Wayne.

I teach at a community college in the business department. I teach part time and also run my own business part time. I think it is against the rules to discuss my business on this forum so I won't actually say the name of it but let's just say that booking Disney trips isn't just my hobby it is my business as well

I love all things Disney as well. My husband proposed years ago at WDW and I also worked at WDW for a semester in college through the Walt Disney World College Program. We couldn't afford a WDW wedding at the time but we had the cake topper and the favors and we tried to include Disney when we could.

This will be our 3rd Disney cruise and our 3rd one on the Wonder! We planned on going on the other ships but we end up back on the Wonder! That is fine with me because I love the Wonder!

Well now that I told my life story I hope that I get to know more people who will be on our cruise!

Hi Deb! My name is Alicia Young and my boyfriend and I will be on this cruise as well! As soon as I read this new introduction of you and your family, I KNEW I had to comment! I myself absolutely LOVE musicals and have performed in a few while in college. You could say im a theatre nut lol! As far as Pokemon are concerned, I have a 16 year old brother who absolutely LOVES them! So if the need arises, Im more then prepared to talk a little Pikachu with them I can't WAIT to go on our first Disney cruise! Oh yes, please sign myself and my boyfriend Jason up for fish extenders. Goodness knows I've already done enough research on it lol.

Where on the DCL website can I pick our room number and what side we would like to be on? He wants to be either on deck 7 or 8 on the right hand side of the ship. Im also a little confused about their balconys. Im trying to find one that doesnt have the wall with just an open hole in it and instead is a full open balcony lol. Sorry for all the questions, but I thought that since so many of you have been on the Wonder before, this would be the best place to get answers. Thank you so much in advance!

I am unsure if we will do the FE on this cruise. This will be our 3rd cruise and the first one without our kids
We went on one last year Eastern Caribbean October and doing the same one this year with our DS' who are (14) and (13). Our DD who is 2 is going with us on our 4th cruise on the Fantasy in October 2012 and will turn 4 during the cruise. We are totaly hooked on Disney Crusing
I think it will be weird not to have one of the kids on the cruise with us but I am hoping to do some serious R&R and DH has always wanted to go to Alaska Also could not pass up that we can drive to the terminal and don't have to pay for flights

Hi everyone...we retured a few weeks ago from our first ever cruise on the Disney Dream!! WOW ... is all our family can say. We rebooked our second cruise for this May28th alaska cruise! I am so excited....want to learn more about our ports, how to add all these wonderful tickers and such..We met some folks on the cruise that told us about this board and about the "fishers" we saw outside stateroom doors! cant wait to read and learn more! oops..my name is Susan...hee hee

you have a facebook group? wow!! have to admit I didnt realize there were five pages of posts...want to catch up...I hope to get to know everyone and figure this out and get to make friends and more wonderous memories on the ship with everyone!!! I should tell a little more about our family! My name is Susan Grenon...I am now a stay at home mommy of my miracle four year old..his name is Paul and he is a very very red head..lol He was a preemie born at 32 weeks at 2 pounds 10 ozs. and if doing fab with preschool and catching up with his speech delays!!! whoop whoop Prior to being a mommy I was a manager for Wal Mart...and loved it!!! (but no way could I do it and be a mommy anymore, way too many hours!) wonderful Christian husbands name is Paul ..(no jrs...different middle names..lol) My DH is a pilot for southwest airlines and he also has a second job so I can continue to stay home...his second job is as an RN at a local hospital. (Guess he is handy in an air emergency..lol) We love disney .... he has been going since childhood...and after we were married in 2004(I was 35!!..dating myself) he took me with his disney fanatic family and I too feel in love and we became DVC members..........Glad that was paid off before having a child and no longer working..lol...anywho...we FINALLY went on our first cruise (my wish for all time..and DH kicking and screaming!!) and we loved it sooo much...we went on the disney dream...and my skeptic DH booked this one to Alaska...lol who would ever guess!!!!!! phew this is longer then anything I post on FB...lol sorry for any typos!!
