Check out my brand new clippie! 10.5 lbs are gone from this body and I am going to take this moment to make a little speech,
"First I would like to thank Erin who started the goal to be cheat free in January - if it had not been for her motivation and challenge I never would have done as well in January as I did.
Second to Doreen - again a constant supporter, motivator, and friend. Thank you.
To all my other wish buddies, Deb, Lisa, Marcia, A1A1, and Zera's pride and anyone else that came by my journal - I thank you as well.
I thought for sure I would fail and I didn't. I struggled doing WW off and on for probably a year and never saw this amount of success. The protein power plan fell in my lap and not only do I feel better about myself I also feel healthier and happier."
Okay enough with the speeches lets party! Only low carb snack foods please! The scale read 154.5 lbs today so I am sticking on my new clippie and changing my numbers. I am off to have another fabulous day!
B: 1/2 apple (9) and 2 Tbsp of Peanut butter (4)
L: Tuna Salad
D: Cheeseburgers
