Hello! Well last night was not good. I ended up eating a package of doughnuts, chicken fajitia and grapes all between 8pm and 10pm. I was STARVING for some reason and couldn't get enough food. I think most of this is due to not being satisified with dinner. My lack luster Ceasar salad left me wanting more.
Breakdown of food (because I think it's important)

l: Shrimp Alfredo - good - 10
s: sugar cookie - not so good - ?
d: Ceaser Salad (menu says net 15 carbs but I removed all the crutons and only used half the salad dressing so I'm counting it as 7.5 carbs)
S: hostess powdered doughnuts, 1 small chicken fajita, grapes.
I think the lack luster dinner along with working out really hard Sunday and Monday caused my body to crave more substance. I should have probably planned larger meals yesterday instead of the small meals that I did have. Live and learn.
Plan for today:
Water: 8 glasses - I need to flush my system.
Vitamins: Taking them now

Exercise: Curves after work
Food: 35 carbs or less
b: half enlish muffin (9) and Peanut butter (2) = 11 carbs
l: Turkey Lunch Meat and Cheese = 5 carbs
s: ?
d: Low carb Chicken Parmesean (need to total out the recipe)
s: No sugar added chocolate pudding. = 5 carbs
