We ordered a list of items to be delivered to AKL on the first day of our arrival which is December 1. Our flight does not arrive to MCO until 9:15am and I asked they have our things dropped off between 9am and 11am. I read that they will drop your things off to bell services and you can pick them up when you get to the resort. Is this correct? I sure hope so, otherwise I'd have to change the time.

Also, anyone have any comments on their service? Thanks a bunch.

We used them in June for our stay at Old Key West. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) in a 2 BR unit. Their service was great :). We were at Epcot when the delivery happened. They called me to let me know that they were on their way. I asked them to leave the items with bell services. Once we were back in our room (~ 11 pm), I called Bell Services and they brought all of our stuff (quite a lot, lots of drinks for a HOT June stay :thumbsup2 ). I may suggest that you call AKL and let them know that you will be receiving a delivery.

We've used them three times already and are planning on using them on both our January and July trips. Never had a problem.

We used them this past July. :thumbsup2 They dropped off when scheduled, they called me on my cell, as we were at MGM at the time, our items were left with Bell Services. The order was correct & the fruit we ordered was delicious.

We used them a couple weeks ago. They called me the day before on my cell to confirm that the order was ready to go. It was delivered when requested and actually luggage services brought it to our room for us! It's a great service!

We used them in June. Our things were there when we arrived since our flight was a little late. No problems - everything was there. We will use them again.:goodvibes

Thanks for this post - we will be there in 5 days and I haven't hit the send button yet on my order yet cuz I couldn't figuere out what time to tell them! Thought I had to be in my room at the time. I assume on the comment section on the order form I could simply put, please leave with Bell Services. Also, I noticed a section for tip on the order form. What is a proper tip? My total is about $80.

What kind of things is everyone ordering? I was just wondering about what exactly you could get. Is there a website to look at? thanks!

The web site is gardengrocer.com and if you need something that is not listed you can request that they try to find it for you in the comments section.

What if some of your stuff needs to be refridgerated- I guess you would have to be there to accept your delivery- we will be ordering mik , yogurt etc. Jen

Nope - bell services at all Disney resorts (and many other offsite hotels) have large refrigerators and freezers and can store your cold items safely. (I mean large -- the ones I've seen have been grocery-store style.)

One thing that bugges me was it took the Poly bell staff over 20 minutes to find my order one night, big waste of time. Next time i will definitely schedule the delivery for when i know i will be there at the resort.....hanging around the bell stand with a tired / cranky toddler, alone is not fun

I think I tip them about 20% (or maybe a little more) since I liked that I didn't have to mess around with anything. The service was worth it. One word of advice, if your order is delivered to Bell Services and you are not there right away, have them check the cooler in case there is more for you there. I forgot and needed go back down.

Do the ALL STARs have bell services?? I don't think they have luggage service or any kind of delivery service.

I have no problem bringing the stuff back to my room but I was wondering where it will be held.

We were planning to add a bottle of wine (or 2) also. I have my order all ready to go and we don't leave until March 5th:laughing:
