I love steak Med rare ribeye, please
Is SteakEscape the mall store you went to browneyes? I eat there alot. I love the cheesesteak and the Grand Gobbler!
I make my own sorta cheesesteak sandwiches by chopping up some deli sliced roast beef and browning it in a pan with some onions and a little sour cream. Then plop it on a hoagie bun with provalone cheese slices.

He came to Philly for it.. (that and other things!)
Really, its definetely way different than anything you see in stores/restaurants. When we were in Florida in August, they were advertising a Philly McSteak sandwich or something like that... what a joke!
I AGREE! I'm from Allentown, PA and we always had Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. And when we're directly in Philly, it's Pat's Cheesesteaks!
For the regular steak, my favorite is Outback Steakhouse - Victoria's Filet - Medium. I, too, can't see having a steak if it's burned to a crisp and not juicy.
When it's done right, I absolutely *love* steak. Especially when my parents cook them on the BBQ. Gotta be medium to medium-rare for me to like them, though! Overdone steak just isn't the same.
I've tried it, it's pretty good. But the BEST steak I've ever had was the first porterhouse I ate. I made it a month or so ago on my Foreman grill. Tender (I didn't even need a knife!), juicy, salty and just plain delicious.
