Am I the only one who doesn't like....

I thought they were okay, no WOW factor to them though. I did like the citrus swirl quite a bit. I loved the tart orange with the creamy vanilla. But I'm like the other poster who probably won't return to Ohana so I thought we were just weird.

Make room for me in there! I hated O'Hana's!! Worst meal of our latest trip - I was so looking forward to it, and what a let down. What's worse is that I am not even a little bit interested in Chef Mickey's!! Oh, and Dole Whips? YUCH! Oh well, I guess we are DIS rebels! See ya, Jane

I suspect the whole "Dole Whip" cult is very much tied in with where it's purchased, as well. For some it may be the "taste" of a special time of their lives. I occasionally like the taste of a McDonald's hamburger. Is it a good hamburger? Not really. But I still remember being a kid in suburban Maryland and being excited when a Mickey D's opened nearby and we got to go eat there. As the late Phil Hartman used to say - "Good times..."

McDonald's fries are a similar thing - pretty good, but not AMAZING like the fries at Ocean City, Bethany Beach, or Rehoboth Beach!!!

I love pineapple, didn't love the Dole Whip. Yuck! I gave it to my dad who will eat anything.

I am going to try the orange thingy when we go in Sept. I have not tried it yet. I hope I like it better then the dole whip.

Isn't it funny how dads will eat anything?! My dad ALWAYS ate the burnt marshmallows when we were out camping...hot dog fell in the fire? Oh dad will eat it! It got to where I burnt stuff on purpose just to give it to daddy!

I don't know if he would eat a Dole whip though...I'm game to try one as I LOVE pineapple of any kind...but I think DH2b and I will split one, just in case!
