Me! I'm another grandmom/mom who loves to "spoil" the kids and grands with Disney. Just a couple of days ago Pops came home from work to find the grands (girl age 5 and boy age 3) were at our house for an overnight visit. Pops says to grandson, "Are you ready to go back to see Mickey Mouse?" Grandson gets up, puts his jacket on, grabs his cup of juice and says, "I ready to go to Disney World."
No way he would even know what his Pops was talking about if he hadn't already been several times. I think those early years are the most magical ones. Even if the little ones can't remember everything about those early trips, they can look at the pictures and hear the stories the adults tell. That's such a bonding experience to share those stories and pictures from past events too. Besides, WE remember and treasure those sweet expressions of delight and joy when our little ones are having fun. I have 6 kids, a daughter in law, and 2 grandkids and I LOVE being able to share our Disney vacations with all of them at any age. It is THE reason we decided to buy DVC.
