Am I the Only One Having Problems W/WDW Site?

I had to complete my reservation last night by calling in. Now every time I go to order magic bands and make plans or check my reservation I get Olaf with his head off saying "Whoops". I know the site goes down every now and then but 24 hours now?

I couldn't buy our MNSSHP tickets on the website (got an error message) but had no problem when I called & used the automated phone system.

I had nothing but problems all day yesterday. Couldn't access anything on the website. Couldn't do chat. I couldn't even get through by phone for the longest time because I kept getting a message that all circuits were busy. Unfortunately, this is not a rare occurrence. However, it does seem to be worse lately for some reason. Just keep trying. Eventually you will be able to get through.

All of their systems were partially offline yesterday. DVC was not available all day. Supposedly, Disney is "enhancing" their system. Of course, Disney uses the word "enhancing" interchangeably with "screwing up".

Yes - when i called yesterday the CM said they were having some "magical enhancement technical difficulties" and to call back later or the next day!

I had nothing but trouble last night. The home page wouldn't even load on the laptop, but no problems on my iPhone. So far today, it seems to working ok. (fingers crossed)

I'm ready to explode. Trying to book a short 3 night stay and I can't do it. It's been over an hour - I'm ready to go to Universal.
