am I still the only one packing?

I'm counting down the days (2 more weeks!!) until I leave for WDW on 3/5... DH and I REALLY need this vacation...I took out the suitcase last weekend. I'm pretty much set, just have to wait for more accurate weather reports in the days before we leave. We'll be there 7 nights, leaving 3/12. Here's what I have packed so far for me:

2 pairs of jeans
2 pairs of capris
2 pairs of shorts
6 t shirts
1 tank top
1 bathing suit/cover up

Sound good?

You're doing a lot better than I am. I haven't even started looking for our swimsuits and summer clothes and stuff. I'm sure a lot of it is in the bottom of the hamper and I need to do laundry so very bad. I did buy DH a new pair of tennis shoes last night for the trip. I really need to try to start finding some of our stuff this weekend I hate doing everything last minute.

I've had my daughter's stuff packed for about a week. We leave on 3/2 staying until 3/9. We are staying at ASMo. I am going to get most of my ironing done this weekend for myself and my DH and than pack our suitcases next weekend. We will leave Wed 3/2 at about 2 a.m. to drive to Boston to get our non-stop flight to Orlando. Can't wait. Hope the weather will hold out. I have relatives in Orlando, and they say it has been beautiful. Hope it stays that way!!

I'm heading out on the 24th of February. I will probably start thinking about what to bring on the morning of the 23rd. I will pack the evening of the 23rd and finish up just before I go out the door.

It is the advantage of not being a fashion plate. I just take clothes to cover my body with very few other considerations.

BTW, my countdown clock is incorrect, it is 6 days etc.

I've decided what we are bringing on holiday, well I think so except for my DD as she's 17 and wants to pack her own things this time. I plan to get out our "holiday things" tomorrow like sunglasses, beach towels, sun hats, mains adapters etc, but won't get our cases down until the day before we fly, as we just don't have the room.

I also need to buy all the goodies I'm taking to our friends, wonder what security at the airport will think when they check our cases, just hope they don't eat their Easter Eggs

We know it will be a lot warmer than here, but hope it's as warm as previous years although we are a bit earlier this year!

I took the bags out this week. I leave next TR and visit my dad, then off to WDW on Saturday. I will finish my packing on Wed. DH will probably wait until Wednesday night.

Packing....I knew there was something left to do....!!! I still have some time. This trip is a surprise for the kids, so I have to pack on the sly!!!
It isn't as easy to pack without them knowing as I thought it would be!!
