Am I right or wrong? A vent

She probably feels guilty about not helping, so is asking others to donate for her. Since in her subconcious you're doing it for her, she doesn't feel anything wrong with taking the things. She probably isn't even aware of why she is doing what she's doing, so can't understand why it would bother you.

It does sound like she has some problems. Not that that is YOUR problem of course, but it would help explain some things. I wouldn't even discuss your donations with her again and if she brings up the topic tell her that you''' donate yourself.

That lady is really out of line. I'd feel the same way if I were you. You trusted her to give the things to charity, and instead she helped herself to the items she liked. That's crazy.

I wouldn't put my trust in her anymore.

ditto! Those things were for people in need, not for her to take. Shame on her.

I agree that it's not the poster's problem. I would not be angry, but I wouldn't give her anymore "things" either.
