Am I missing any deals?

My DH, DS (23) and DD (19) are staying at Cabana Bay for one night in early June. We are going to both parks for 1 day before heading to WDW. I will be purchasing park-to-park tickets as DD and I are HUGE Harry Potter fans. I feel like I got a good deal on the Disney part of the trip (spring package w/ tickets bought in December so I have the max discount). The only discount I have found for the Universal night/day is to use Orbitz for a hotel discount (currently booked at $162 tax included). I believe I can get tickets at the local AAA office for 149 each total. That puts me up to $758 ish......Before I buy the tickets, am I missing any good deals out there? We want early park entry or I would find a cheaper hotel. I have searched and searched. I am not seeing anything. Just wanted to check with other obsessive planners like me.

No real good tickets for a one day ticket. Just like Disney's. Try AAA and Undercovertourist. Both have discounts, but still a very expensive day.

Enjoy CB, it's a great hotel. Short bus ride to the parks.

That's incorrect. Cabana Bay does include early entry, but does not include front-of-the-line access, or whatever they call it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS INFORMATION!!!! I just bought tickets from USSSA. Best part is that my daughter played/plays USSSA softball. I just didn't know I could buy such discounted tickets from them!!! My DS was a last minute Universal add on and my total was actually my original budget for just DH, DD and I. I checked the cheaptickets thing and they were the same price as my Orbitz deal. I booked with Orbitz back in March and I think the room rates were slightly lower then.

Again, I love a good deal! And my DS's change in plans was adding over $250 to my already maxed and extensively planned budget. (plane ticket change, Universal ticket...) This really helped!

That would have been a HUGE savings! Universal tickets were the only thing I still had to take care of! Now the next 16 days need to go by quickly!!!

Bumping with a quick question...
We will be in Disney from 8/1-8/8, I'm
Looking to add two universal days to the front of the trip so we would be there 7/30 & 7/31. The July tickets on USSSA have an expiration of 7/30 but it says tickets must be used within 6 days of first use. I'm I ok with these tickets for my trip or do I need to wait and see if they release tickets expiring end of August?

Do they check somehow to see if you are a member of USSSA? I have seen many people say they buy here even though they are not sports team members. It say that you have to be a USSSA member to use the tickets. How are people doing this? I need 1 day universal tickets as well and would love to get the discounted price, but don't want to get in trouble or have an issue using the tickets. Any recent experiences would be great

We used these a little over a week ago. I just registered on their site, purchased 6 1 day park to park tickets and that was it. Used them at Universal on 7/31 with no problems.

I believe only the Disney ones require team information, etc.
