Am I making the best choice for my tickets?

Hi,

My apologies if this question is not in the right category.

I need some advice about tickets. Not the basic advice, I understand all of the available choices: base ticket, parkhopper, water parks, no expiration etc etc etc.

I need to buy 4 adult and 1 child tickets. I have decided on purchasing a 10 Day Parkhopper with No Expiration. We plan on using 5 days for our trip planned in July 2006 and saving the other 5 days for the next time we go probably in 2007 sometime. The total is $1,970.00, since this is obviously an investment, I just want to make sure I am making the right choice by buying these tickets from WDW. Is there a better option for me?

I have checked AAA and the discounted tickets here, The Disney Store has the same prices as Disney's Web Site, no advantage there.

I don't mind spending the money, I just want to be sure I am buying them from the smartest place.

By the way, the reason I am buying the tickets with the no expiration option is because I am certain we will use the tickets (likely within the year). I see it as an investment in our next trip.

Ideas, thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreaciated.

Thank you

Do you subscribe to mousesavers.com? Sometimes you can get special pricing through ticketmania. We have purchased our tickets in the past through them, they are a reputable company.. i believe their prices already include tax... ticketmania.com

Wasn't aware of it.....I will check it out right now.

Thank you...please keep the suggestions coming!!

i also have gotten tickets from TicketMania with no problems at all~ Good luck! Have fun!!!

mapleleaftickets.com also has discounted tickets. i used ticketmania last june and saved some money. the previous poster is correct. their advertised prices included shipping and tax. ticketmania also sent along copies of the back of the tickets in case of loss as well as a ton of brochures for all kinds of central florida attractions. i am currently watching the prices for 10 day no expire park hoppers and their prices are running about $25 less than disney's. just checked prices on ticketmania and for those 5 tickets it would be $1882.
