Yeah, I just went to do ours and found it down as well. What's making me sad is that I started to do it a couple of days ago and it looked like it was going to work and I got distracted by something and never did the check-in, now it's broken.

I have never even been able to check my reservation on-line. I called and they tell me I have everything correct. Will see when I go to check in in 13 days. Good luck checking in tomorrow. Here's some pixie dust

I never was able to. I called and was given an "online check in help line number" so I called that and was (unmagically) told that a lot of folks won't be able to, they don't know why, and we'll just have to check in like normal when we get there. Not much of a helpline if you ask me...

After you login, it will give the spot to enter your vacation info for check in. Here's hoping it works for you. I'm going on day 5 of it not working!

The benefit I hear is that your stuff is already prepared when you get there so no waiting in a long line to have the CM put it all together. Although, this is just what I hear since I can't actually check-in and report back on the process.
