Am I dumb? Hotel discount not adding up...

I'm trying book a hotel (not disney) through Orbitz with a discount (15%)

This is what they show me, price-wise, when I go to check out
Room 1: 4 Adults, 2 Children avg./night
Sat, Oct 1 $199.03
Sun, Oct 2 $199.03
Mon, Oct 3 $0.00
$132.69
Taxes & Fees per night$16.60
Coupon Applied:-$59.70

Total due today:$388.16
Due at hotel $15.00
Trip Total: $403.16

If I add up 199.03+199.03+16.60=414.12
They say my discount = 59.70

414.12-59.70=354.42 and they show 388.16. Does this ever happen to anyone else? Am I missing something? I feel like they're trying to pull one over on me! Also to note,I tried with Cheapticket and it does the same thing (more $$ than what I feel it should be)

The taxes and fees says is it $16.60 per night, but you only included it once.

It should be $199.03+$199.03+$16.60+$16.60+$16.60=$447.86

$447.86-$59.70=$388.16

I'm not sure what the $15 due at hotel is.

The $15 is the resort fee (so dumb, just build it into the price).
