Am I Crazy???

Ok we would like to renew our vows in 2009. We have sent a budget for around $15000. We are planning on having it during the weekday. We will have about 30 people. Am I crazy thinking we can stay around our budget.

Not at all!! We are expecting between 30-40 people and we have a budget of around $18,000, but we are also doing a MK photo session ($800) and an Epcot dessert party ($2100.) So I think you should be great!! Let me know if you need more details. HAPPY PLANNING!

I don’t think you’re crazy at all. If there’s a will, there’s a way. Remember, the FTW folks will help guide you towards your goal. Rely on their guidance because they’re a wealth of information.

I had a vow renewal for 22 people almost two years ago, but my vow renewal was very unique and thus had a weighty price tag (Grand Floridian welcome party, Wedding Pavilion ceremony, and Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park dinner party). I had 35 people & was just around $19k but I did have a dessert party and I did ALOT with floral. My wedding was on a Monday Morning....saved us quite a bit having a brunch reception.

I think you will be fine and a brunch reception is a great way to save- KT27 is correct!!!

You still have to meet the $75/person minimum even if you are having a brunch reception. Just FYI. We are actually finding it hard to meet that. The most expensive choice for our meal is $36/person, so then we added a dessert party and it's still not high enough. Do the cake and bar count towards this too?
