I just got off the phone reservations and they told me that they only make package reservations on the phone and that I have to make a room only ressie online at the website?? THis isnt true is it??? What number do I call?? I called 714-520-5060.. I am so confused right now.

If you are talking package as in hotel, park hoppers and dinner, etc., I made all of that on-line. I didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone until I added something to our package.

I just wanted to make a Room Only ressie. Which I did before. Oh well I will keep calling back until I find someone who knows what the heck they are talking about. I hate it when Disney pepople dont know what they are talking about.

No, the cm you talked to is wrong. I have always made room reservations only on the phone. I find that I often get a better deal. This is the first time I used WDTC, and only because they had a package that sounded decent.
Call back and you'll hopefully get someone who knows what you mean.
I had to call WDTC three times before I found someone who could make a change to my reservation!

I argee the cm was incorrect telling you that. I made ressie all of the time just for a room ask to speak to a supvervisor. Try this number 714 956 6425 or 714 956 6425

Thanks everyone.... I thought she was a little nuts lol!!! I was like I have done it before lol and she insited it could not be done. I just hung up and kept calling back. I am not used to dealing with the people from Disneyland and they seem clueless... I am used to booking at WDW so this is all new to me. Thanks again!!!!

Hi,

The info that the agent gave you is correct. The "room only" price that you see online can only be booked online. Unless there is somekind of technical difficulty. CRO also books room only, but the inventory and rates are different than the ones seen on line. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. I just went to the website and the number that you called was for packages only, that's all they book. On that same page it says if you need help with room only reservations call...
