Am I completely wrong ? Question about HB Plus

Hello everyone !

Even for a DLP veteran like me there are some "Twillight Zone" questions from time to time. Here is mine at the moment.

I have booked a package at the NPB CC and I am thinking about adding the Meal Plan "Plus".

The official Disney site mentioned this :"In table service restaurants, enjoy a dedicated menu that includes your choice of a starter, main course, dessert, and soft drink."

Next step: Looking at the different menues at the Disney restaurants and for exapmle:

Bistrot Chez Remy (Emile Menu)= choice of a starter, main course, dessert = 55,- €

The HP Plus option is 40,- € a person a day. This would be 15,- € cheaper with HP Plus.......plus a soft drink.

Can I choose the Emile Menu (55,- €) with HB Plus (40,- €) ?

Same at the Manhattan Restaurant (Menu Greenwich Village 55,- €) or Walts (Walts Menu 55,- €)

Am I right or will there be a different menu for HB Plus ?
