Am I better off upgrading?

I am on the Plus Dining I think, I get 1 Table, 1 Quick and a snack each day . We will be getting 2 days as we arrive the 21st and depart the 23rd. I changed this trip from Oct to Sept so naturally there was little left to reserve. I want to go to at least one good place while there with my daughter so I had got in to Mickeys BBQ. I have read good and bad but I am willing to try it as I think for her the food and entertainment will be best. That being said, it will use up my 2 table service. I also booked Ohana for breakfast and 1900 Park Faire as well as Garden Grill. I may cancel Gargen Grill but I'd like to at least eat one table service meal the 2 days we are there. Should I upgrade or pay out of pocket? Anyone know what makes more financial sense??
Also, I have been to Ohana for dinner and breakfast but only dinner at Park Faire. Is the breakfast as good? I wanted Chef Mickey during our stay as we have never been but that is booked booked booked! As was Tusker House. Leaning toward Ohana instead of Park Faire because we had so much fun there before.

from what I'm noting you are doing all you can eat restaurants for two nights, with four children under age 10, and you want to know if deluxe is worth it.

You'd get six credits per person for the whole trip, which would cover your BBQ and the 2 other TS you want to do and still leave you with two credits per person. What are you thinking of doing with those 2 credits in the 2 days you have? Because if you leave those credits unused, it will decrease the monetary value of the plan for you. Do you have time to go to 2 more restaurants, or one more 2 credit restaurant?

If you're going to use all those credits for TS it might be a great deal. You could always use the 2 extra ones for CS but I'm not sure if you'd come out ahead doing that.

Hi there, should have made it clear - just my 7 year old and I are going on this trip!!!

Breakfasts tend to be a cheaper meal. Thus, often better paying for breakfast than using dining credits.
I'm confused by your itinerary and how many children are in your party.
If you have multiple children, and would want to use 5-6 dining credits per person, then it makes sense to upgrade. If its just 1 child, and just talking about a couple of extra breakfasts, then upgrading doesn't make sense.

I really think it's going to come down to how much time you want to spend in the restaurants, seeing as you only have two days. If you're going to do four sit-down meals in 2 days, if you can figure out what to do with those extra credits, it might work out to get deluxe.

If you want your dinner meal to be at a signature restaurant(Le Cellier, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Flying Fish, etc) which takes 2 TS credits then upgrading makes sense. You could then use one TS for a character breakfast and have two snacks each day. Before you upgrade, call 407-WDW-DINE or go online to see if you can get the reservations you want at the signature restaurants.
