Am I Absolutely Insane?

So.... we're doing the London/Paris Adventures by Disney tour this July. We're tight for time, but we can manage to squeeze one last day of vacation out of our schedule. Our thought is to travel from Paris to DLP on a Friday morning and spend that day and evening at DLP. We'd stay on-site that night and head back home (Canada) on the Saturday morning.

We've done DisneyWorld more times than we can count, so we're old pros at doing parks. Our blitzkrieg of DLP would really be aimed at enjoying the DLP 'experience' rather than trying to get on every ride.

So.... are we insane to try this? Any advice?

As long as you can comfortably make it to the airport for your flight, then I say go for it! What better way to end a holiday then with a day at Disney?

Questions though, the Disney London/Paris adventure doesn't include any time at DLP?

We went only for a day to DLP last November, very crowded but with all the info I got on the DIS, we got to see the main attractions, visit the Studios and wander around to just enjoy the atmosphere and shops and had a 1hour lunch break , so go for it but maybe have a rough plan on what you want to see!:thumbsup2

You must do it - you'll regret it forever if you don't. Plan a little - but don't try and do too much just take in the atmosphere and enjoy yourself.

How did you manage that please Bexx?

Easyjet from Liverpool :thumbsup2 Flew out about 7.30 am and then got the TGV from the airport - though by the time we had waited for the train, the VEA would probably have got us there at about the same time. Arrived at DLP at 11.30. TGV back to the airport around 8.30 and the flight home was about 10.30 (I think).

We did visit on a January week day, so it was very quiet and we hardly had to queue for anything, which helped. And we still found time to have a relaxing drink in the Sequoia Lodge bar!! :teeth:

To answer Cass' question: "No. Not at this time. But that may change in the future."

My mum went with the winner of a competition..the prize was one day at DLP and then onto a Britney Spears concert.........She loved it and kept going on about it !!!...so it CAN be done!!

Thanks, I assumed maybe you had gone by Eurostar, which would be more convenient for us I think. The direct service doesn't arrive at DLP until 1.30pm though, so maybe a one night stopover would be more practical?

Just trying to think of budget ways in which to make more use of a Dream Pass ;)
