Has anyone used or considered using something to keep track of a parent with Alzheimers or even a child who may wander off during the trip? Is there a type of bracelet or other device that allow us to find a lost person?

I know there are things called Brickhouse child locator. I'm not sure how it works. they have a few different models out.

There have not been any reports that I remember reading, but one of the companies that rents special needs strollers also rents Big Leap Locators, which are GPS devices you place on the person you are concerned may get lost.

Thanks for the replies. Sue I sent you referral to my friend. My original suggestion was for a GPS equipped cell phone. Not sure which will make more sense if they feel they need to do something.
