We had been trying to add a day to the beginning of our trip for the last few weeks using the AP code but nothing was available for that one particular night we wanted. But we kept trying and VOILA we got it!!!! :thumbsup2 Pop Century for one night with the code for $88. :cool1: We'll be arriving late that night and just wanted a cheap place to sleep on property. Hooray!!!!

I agree with you 100%. I have watched the AP rates on purpose to see if more rooms open up and they do!!! Last year I went in Oct. for my 25th wedding anniversary and wanted CR. Every few weeks a few more rooms would open up and become available for my dates when previously there were no rooms to be had! Even up to the last week Disney releases rooms. I guess it depends on a lot of factors, but I like that I can keep checking and hoping that a room may, and probably will, come up after I may have been turned away!

The best time to check is on the 15 and 30th of each month. That is when many deposits are due and thus when rooms open up when some decide not to go after all.
