Always getting errors on MDE

Don't know where to post this, but I've been having a really hard time trying to cancel park reservations as the page is always coming up as an error.
400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large or else I get that other one that says: Oops with Olaf.

Is it my computer or do others have these problems?

I was having similar issues trying to change my reservations. I think I opened incognito mode and made the changes that way.

I know that people have had the reverse of what I'm about to say - but I get that message nearly every time when I use Safari to connect to the site (so I use Chrome - but in previous conversations, people have had to make the switch the other direction). Still, I think the point of incognito mode and/or a new browser should do the trick.

It is kinda garbage.

I have used my Mac. I have used my PC. I have used Chrome and Safari and Edge and Firefox. I have used my iPhone. I have used my iPad. I have used incognito modes, private modes and VPNs. Wireless and wifi. All of it.

The site is not stable and not good. Which is a shame. I am sure there are some tech tricks they have to perform that Amazon or Walmart do not which makes it slower, but man, it is bad bad bad. Marriot's site is better than this. So is Hilton's. Delta airlines. All the same concept as the Disney site with reservations and upsells and options and switching times and dates and all that. Smooth sailing. Disney? Nope.

Love going and the bad site won't stop me, but it blows. Period. Nobody should have to come to a message board to get the incognito trick to change their reservation they are paying thousands of dollars for.

Sometimes when I constantly get these errors, I’ve also cleared my cookies and that has fixed the issue for me!

Has your friend tried looking on a web browser? I have found that the app seems to have issues for me sometimes but MDE always works much better on a web browser. I hope it was just a bug on the app for your friend .
