Always Check Your Warranty!!

This is something I never really do if it something I have had for a while. I have a Hairdryer ( a professional one) because I am a hairdresser, BUT I have not used it in a salon setting. And I always save receipts..but of course this one got lost after a couple of years. Well, this thing cost me over $350 bucks.....and it just died today!
so I had the carry case and warranty info, I called...it is good to replace if within 50 months without reciept!

jackpot!!! It is covered!! YAY!! I just send back and get a new one!!

so on the small things...(with a high pricetag) watch your warranty, one never knows!! I almost threw it out!

I even save boxes too, computer related stuff though. Our modem stopped working after a little over a year. I pulled it out and read, said it was covered for two years. I called up and the guy tried telling me one year and it wasn't covered. I quoted him my warranty, he back-tracked, told me to send it in. Granted not $350 but it saved me $80. Hubby just had fun with Char-Broil grill. They sent him all the working parts he needed for just the shipping, grill was under two years old.

We have the bottom two drawers in the kitchen (under the oven) full of warranty stuff. Anything and everything is in there.

I do too! I save all my TV, and Apple computer boxes, I save for as long as the warranties etc ...except what I just listed. It just so happened that the box this came in was a nice leather croc box with silk lining! I did not realize I had it till today...
