Hello! I haven't been on these boards much lately so I hope all of you are doing great in your planning!

Right now I am down to the wire on making my final BEO decisions before I pay (next week). I'm thinking of eliminating my chair covers because we will have 100 chairs and at $8.50 a chair with tax that's $905.25 just for chair covers!:scared1: I don't even think my guests will even notice.

Does anyone know how much the overlays cost per table? Is there anything else I could do to the tables to add a touch of color but isn't overly expensive?

I haven't been on the boards much lately either but I was just going over my floral budget. I am having white organza overlays and they are $20 each and raspberry coloured organza napkins that are $2 each. I think a coloured overlay would be the same price. That would add some colour and cut down your budget.

When we were having our PS I remember them telling us that the napkins and overlays work out to cost about the same. We decided on the overlays.
