Alternative to the dining rooms?

On the Magic, instead of getting dressed up for dinner, we often ate at Topsiders for casual dining. Is this option available on the Wonder? Also, are you supposed to tip your servers at Topsiders for dinner?

You can order room service or eat at Plutos (pizza and such) on Deck 9 not sure about Topsiders at night but I don't think it is open?. On the Wonder the dress is far more causal as long it is not shorts but I would recommend not missing the dining rooms and the food is sooooooooo good in the dining rooms and the service and "mini shows" are great too
