We chose to just buy a waterford candle holder set for our unity candles instead of doing flowers on the actual alter with other arrangements on the 'stage' and aisles of the pavilion

We then used part of the arrangements on the sweetheart table and various other places in the reception

Our altar floral doubled as our head table floral and our garland wrapped around the base of the sweetheart table:
