What do you use to give your pages a little snap? I'm only starting on my 2nd LO for this album, and the page I'm working on had so much potential in my head, but it looks sooooo plain as I'm working on it. I have 6 pics from 50's PTC, and they're all bright and colorful, I picked 3 colors of paper to use and they all go good together. BUT....it's so stinking plain looking. I have a printed paper I was thinking about using with it, but I just can't make it look right. I have some eyelets and brads, but not really a good place to use them. Help?
I had to choose 3 colors because I don't have 2 pages of the same color except yellow. The yellow was going to be the border, since I'm doing a 12x12 album (not CM, top loading) and the two papers that really go with the pics are CM paper...10x12. But it just looks like I put a yellow stripe down the side, and I'm not sure I like it. If I had a program to resize pictures, I'd take one and post it, but I don't. I'm using a dark-ish pink and a turquoise blue color from the Rockin' Rainbow CM pack, and the yellow matches the yellow on the 50's PTC sign. The printed paper is the circles from the RR CM pack. This is my first time using a non-CM album, and I don't have the white page to fall back on. Any thoughts appreciated, I'm still working on it tho.
