Love the picture!!! We leave in a couple of months....can hardly wait. We are early risers, so perhaps I can get a shot like this. We enjoy getting up and walking around the resorts before everyone gets up....it's so peaceful in the mornings.

I will have to say, I'm a bit concerned about mousekeeping  There seems to be lots of bad reviews floating around the boards. We are staying TPV CL in May and even the CL threads have bad reviews about mousekeeping at the Poly. I guess, worst case scenario, the room is dirty when we arrive...we ask them to clean it again...no big deal.

When we have stayed our Mousekeeping has been fabulous, especially when we stayed CL.

You are correct, if you have issues, just contact them and ask them to correct them. We had a hand print on the bathroom door mirror upon arrival and I just wrote a note asking them to clean it up. It was all good:thumbsup2

Be excited! Your leaving soon :cool1:

My dd wasn't too sure about giving Stitch a hug at the 'Ohana breafast, even though she had gotten his autograph earlier in the week. So I was proud of her when she didn't hesitate when he made it to our table.

Yes I know it isn't a picture of a building or something of the Poly, but this was my fav pic as stated above.

Has anyone that has been to the poly lately noticed bounceback offers? If so what are they offering! We recieved another pin code for the rest of the year for 40% off! Bounceback could be 45% if they are offering!

Last week, the offer in our room was the same "clock" as in Sept and Dec. It listed 40% deluxe and 45% off villas. We didn't have that offer in our villa in January but now I wonder if that was an oversight?

Hi!

I was wondering if the Boutiki still sells H2O products?

Thank you!

They still did just a couple days ago.:thumbsup2

Can't believe we leave in the morning!!! Going to get the bus today - clean it up, pack it up, and try to get a few hours of sleep. Wow - is it really March already?!

Aloha, Dawgdad and family!

Kaffinito, that's a beautiful photo.

Cute picture of Breezy! What a rough introduction to WDW though.:grouphug:

LOVE the pics (great idea, btw, breezy )
Breezysmom, your poor daughter  And she's smiling! What a sweetie. kaffinito that photo is gorgeous!

I can't pick just one but here's a favorite. No zoom - view from our LV CL in Hawaii, July 2008. I was completely blown away :cloud9:

Good luck. Mousekeeping may not be meticulous, but I really don't think you need to worry about walking in to a dirty room. You will go nuts for TPV CL :wizard:

johnsonet: If that is LV CL view, which is fabulous, what will our TPV CL look like? We have only stayed TPV in Tuvalu.

Love that photo, johnsonet! Isn't the view from LVCL amazing? Best in all the World I think.

Our very first stay at the Polynesian in 1983 had that view. We were hooked!:rotfl: It wasn't a club building way back though.

taylor, that was before they added TPV CL. I'm quite sure that view would now be TPV CL. We were 3d floor, close to the lounge. I don't think you could have a better view

BCV23 I agree. How cool that you have been staying at the Polynesian for so long :wizard: I agree that the views are the best. Better than GF and I have stayed in 2 MK view suites there :rolleyes1

ETA: PolynesianLily - WOW!! :earseek: KILLER pic!!

Does any one know how much comes on these trays or what not?

Continental Breakfast - a basket of Breakfast Pastries, Juice and choice of Coffee or Hot Tea $11.99

Fruit Plate - fresh seasonal fruit served in a fresh pineapple with banana-nut bread $10.99

Just wondering if this would be enough for 2 adults and a 5 yr old and 2 yr old.
Thanks!!

Love the pictures. How do you post them?

Sorry....meant to try to answer this. I've ordered that breakfast at Kona Cafe many times in recent years. It is probably about 2-3 cups of fresh fruit if that helps. One slice of excellent banana bread.

The last time we ordered the continental breakfast from room service was a little over a year ago. I can't remember how much juice came with it....probably one glass. A carafe of coffee or tea. I think there were three pastries. I think it is intended for one person. The room service folks are very helpful. Just call and ask them. I would guess you can add more to it for an additional cost.

PolynesianLily, what a gorgeous shot.

Johnsnet and PolynesianLily...those are incredible pics! Thanks for sharing

Keep them coming!

Johnsonet is correct: That room (and all the others except one) on the third floor are considered TPV now. I hope you like your view!!!:goodvibes

Beautiful pictures!

I don't have an answer for you on the continental breakfast, but I sort of do for the posting pics question. :) http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=4886029#post4886029 this is the link to the technical support section on the dis on how to post pics. :)

I didn't quiet figure it out yet b/c the ones I wanted to post ended up as links down below. We love to watch the fireworks from the Poly b/c our daughter doesn't like the noise of them. So I was trying to post some pics of them. Oh well.

Thank you all :goodvibes

It was practically the only good shot I got the whole trip, haha. That was after being chased by a duck - it was quacking, so I decided to quack back at it. :scared1:
