ALOHA to Hawaii ~ April 29 - May 14, 2012 Part 5

How are you. Sorry I didn't respond earlier. I hadn't really been logging onto the DIS while onboard, but CarolAnnC borrowed my phone one day to logon, which is why she was posting from my account. LOL!

The cruise was awesome. This was the longest cruise we had taken yet, and had previously always wished we had more time at sea to really enjoy the ship. All the sea days were awesome, and as they were all clumped into two groups of sea days, they didn't feel all chopped up. In fact, I think they went by really quickly. We basically felt a bit like we were on three cruises. One to get us to Hawaii, one to tour the islands, and the third to bring us back home again.

We would do this cruise again in an instant!

Good to hear from you and don't worry about quick response as I am sure that you all had a good times. I am glad that you find it was awesome that it was longest cruise. My family and I had longest cruise was Panama Canal 08 for 15 days as it was amazing. We would love to do to Hawaii but unfortunately not this year

I saw some photos of Hawaii which Thieves Group send to FB and it look amazing as I wish I was there...

Great cruise! We had a wonderful time on the glorius Wonder. So sorry we had to get off this morning. We had the best servers Mariann and Phapakorn and Philbert are stateroom hosts. Hawaii was a little too short, but it was still wonderful. The sea days were great a little windy on a few days. But a lot of action on the ship, so lot's to do. Thanks Disney Wonder for another wonderful cruise.

I agree - great time & great friends!! Hope you found some duct tape!!!!!

We also had a great time. ....i was surprised that the weather was so cool the first few days, but warmed up nicely for Hawaii. The Old Lahaina Luau was excellent. We had so much fun with other disers. The aloha Dis shiirts made quite an impact on embarkation day. I hope to see everyone again on future cruises.

First off - WOOHOO! Disboards decided i could log in again! I still have NO IDEA why i t didnt work, but it does now!

We had an amazing time on the cruise! I hope you all had a great time as well!

Secret Mickey was fun! We did not get a chance to meet the person who was secret to us - we had Palo reservations the same time as the meet - sorry!

Lizzy had a GREAT time playing with all the kids - she made SO MANY friends, it was so HARD to leave - i think we all shed a tear

So much work to do now that we are home but I have to first thank all of you for the great FE gifts. It was a lot of fun. Corrina, you are amazing. I'm glad I bumped into you on one of your FE missions.

It's hard to believe it's all over. We had an amazing time. We had perfect cast members all around. We feel the merchandise fiasco that so many of us experienced on other cruises was ironed out on this trip. I hope you all had the perfect cruise like us.

Hello all.....and as were sad to see this cruise end we took with us many new memories and friends. Thank you all for the great FE gifts and the candy exchange....it was a lot of fun. Just a quick question for others that have done inagural cruises....did the merchandise that they sold on those compare to the pricing of this sailing. I kind of thought, and this is my opinion, that the shirts and sweatshirt was kind of overpriced. Is this just what they do for the inagural sailings? Just curious.

We had a Wonder-ful time on this cruise too. No one put my napkin on my lap yesterday, no one mad up the bed, no one did anything.
Work was waiting for me and let me know that it missed me. Oh weel it wasn't that bad.

Corinne we were thinking of you as we made our trek of all the staterooms and amazed by how many times you made that journey, as it was quite a workout


Does anyone know if we can call DCL to order merchandise from the ship? I find myself sorely regretting not purchasing a certain t-shirt from Treasure Ketch

We opened our Mickey figurine with the surf board today and it was broken. Called DCL and they gave us a number for merchandise. They cannot replace it and no merchandise sold on the ship is sold off the ship so we can only get a credit for the statue. We bought 2 - one for a gift so I guess we will be giving something else to my wifes cousin--we are keeping the good Mickey.

I am still so shocked how fast this trip went!! My friend and I had a fabulous time and we loved meeting so many DISers! Am I the only one putting off unpacking??

Mickeymom923...your pm box is full!! I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to the Secret Mickey reveal on Saturday as I was just getting out of the spa at that time. I hope you both enjoyed the candy and the final gifts of the keychain and golf towel and tees!

All the Hawaii merchandise was packed away after our cruise - they will have it again in Oct for that cruise - contact someone on that thread to see if they will get you another.
