Thrilled to report that I will be returning to the Polynesian in just 100 days

We were originally booked AKL/BC split stay for our April vacation, but now we have decided on Poly/AKL.

Congrats. I am glad for you. I have wondered is it confusing at all the first time someone does a split stay?

I hope it is too, I feel I'm cheating on the POLY & that I will actually compare Hawaii to it so much so, that I won't enjoy it......Just hoping its a magical experience without the castle, because we Dawn-erella & Prince Ryan (thats me & my hubby) will still be there just doing the hula or NOT, LOL!

I am so jealous - enjoy your time at Aulani. I'll be checking out your blog for pictures!! We did the flight from San Francisco 2 years ago to the Big Island. I didn't find that it was all that bad - lots of great food options and movies - so we were quite occupied - and so was our 5 year old....enjoy every minute. Hawaii is truly paradise!

Disney makes split stays really easy. When you check out of your first resort resort, they will transport your bags to your next resort for you. You are free to head out to the parks etc. Then when you check in to the second resort, your bags are there waiting for you!

I have to ask, I am too curious not to. What changed your mind about CL? A few pages back when you inquired and heard the cost to upgrade you said they could keep it(meaning the CL)

Pina CoLAVA, my ultimate fav & a lot of people love the LAPU LAPU, it usually comes in Pineapple with straw, I have pictures of both drinks in my signature of Poly Disney pics. There are more, but I can't think right now! Hope this helps you get your drink on!!

Well I looked into it. I dont want to reveal too much in open conversation, but if there is no cap on price, I am not paying more for it. Disney said I could have it. I guess it has to do with my transplant since my POR room was not ready. But I just asked, didnt have to twist any arms, foots, or anything else to get it.

If I was going to have to pay for it Id say no way.
