The cold weather here in Jersey is making me wish it was August already! I am anticipating this trip so much!! .

We are in PA and are freezing, too. I feel the same way as you - our trip can't get here soon enough! We are looking forward to our return to the Poly.

Headed down to the World on a pre Christmas trip that I impulsively booked very last minute! Leaving in 18 days, staying at WL (after all this trip is all about all things Christmas and WL just feels like Christmas to me)

Just booked our arrival day breakfast at 'Ohana!! I'm travelling with my GS who loves Stitch - I can't wait to be back at the Poly again, I've been missing it since we left after an amazing stay last August. Looking forward to showing him where we will be spending 9 days next August with the whole family!

I agree. It's been a few years since we've stayed at the Poly, so I am very excited to be going back next August .

I saw on Tikiman Facebook page that Jan guests will get Typhoon Lagoon passes. Has anyone been there?
I also saw that grounds work just started all around Fiji! Nooooo! Our request was Fiji or Aortearoa so we could have a non construction view of the cove. I hope the work they are doing is complete before January!

I've been to TL in summer but January is just a tad too cold for water parks for me. Love TL. Great wave pool, and crush & gusher is a ton of fun! We also enjoy snorkelling in the shark lagoon. Beautiful theming & landscaping.

Hello Poly fans! While most folks in Louisiana may be dreaming of a white Christmas, I'm dreaming of a WDW vacation at the Poly. After two WDW trips in less than twelve months this year, our WDW plans are not officially in the works but I'll have this thread to pass the time. Thanks so much for the great information. Maybe if I start saving now, we could do club level 2016! Mahalo!

There's nothing wrong with starting the planning early as it's always fun to think about a future trip, even if it is a year or more away .

Thanks for the pics, trishadono! I haven't been to the Poly since the construction began but things seem to be looking a bit better especially on the beach. Am I right? Less going on in that area?
