Just checked in today. It's so awesome. We stayed 3 nights at POP and 3 nights at BWV. Nothing compares to this. We are here for 4 nights. Wish it was longer.
We are staying LVCL and we received that exactly. We still have a great view of castle. Only thing blocked is contemporary.
Hey Everyone!
I was hoping the POLY experts could steer me in the right direction...
1) We are a group of 3 ladies staying from Sept. 5-8th. We'd love a balcony, and be close-ish to the pool, and don't necessarily need to be VERY close to the GCH. Any recommendations??
Also,
2) I had heard that the lounge entertainer was given a pink slip, but was wondering if they've replaced him. Do they have evening entertainment to sip a Lapu to after the parks close??
Thanks ever so much!
Liesa
Hey, Liesa! (Rosie's friend here)
We will also be 3 ladies at the Poly, only in DecemberAfter about 10 stays I'd have to say Tokelau is still my favorite Longhouse - many of the rooms have lovely views and the 2nd and 3rd fl both have a balcony.
We like Tokelau because it is peaceful, yet a short walk to both the GCH and TTC. The quiet pool is on one side if the Longhouse, with garden and semi-lagoon views (classified as GV view) on both sides. It is a short walk to the main pool along the beach or through the path.
An other great GV is Figi - these have wonderful marina views on one side and the end of the lagoon and GF on the other....so you could not go wrong with either longhouse. Here's how I'd list my request:
1. balcony
2. Tokelau or Figi
Have you checked out Tikiman's site? He has the lastest news and lots of info and photos of each Longhouse:

Happy Planning and Easter Blessings!![]()
We were fortunate to get 3rd floor. I think if I were on the 1st directly below us I would be very upset for even LV. Other than that room it's all great views. I may never change again.
ok guys, I finally uploaded my pics from February! I'm slowly getting them on photobucket, but not sure how to post here. I right clicked on the picture and hit properties, but it's giving me an http:...address. Don't I need a different format to actually get the picture here, and if so, how do I do that? I have a few good pics...my camera's not the greatest, but they're still nice!![]()
Hi Christine! Of course I recognize you from Rosie's place!
Thanks for getting back to me so soon!! It's probably time for maroo to call in our request, and we'll probably be asking for one of these. Both had caught my eye from TikiMan's pages. The other one that had caught my attention was the one that's really super long that starts with A- I won't pretend I have the foggiest clue how to say or spell it.![]()
Anyway, getting resort photos, relaxing one morning (just resort time- pool, etc...), hanging out at the Tambu with stiff drink one night.... AHHHHHHhhhh, I can't wait!!!!!!
Photobucket has a nice feature where it actually gives you the image code (....on each side of pic) where you can copy it and then paste it here.:thumbsup2
Can't wait to see them :goodvibes[/QUOTE]
ok, here goes my first try. I'm off to soccer so I only have time to try one...cross your fingers!
