Hi All,
I am busy planning our first deluxe trip, and am thrilled that it is to the Polynesian. We are leaving in 16 days!
I had questions about the bathrooms in Hawaii.
1) They don't have a door from the sink area to the toilet area, do they?
nope
2) Is it ok for me to put up one of those "pressure" curtain rods and a lightweight curtain up as a privacy screen between the sink area and the toilet area? (I looked into using those put on/take off hooks, but worry about the wallpaper.)
Might work....
3) Does anyone know how large the opening is?
Standard door width? There's a photo that shows the toilet behind that wall on the first post or two of this thread.
4) Would the resort assign us an accessible room if we don't request it? I am asking this because I believe that the opening to the toilet area would be larger, and probably would not accommodate a pressure rod.
We are two adults and two teenagers, a boy and a girl, and I'm trying to figure out how to give ourselves a little more flexibility with our privacy. Keep everyone a little more happy with each other. I hope!
I think it's a possibility, but a slim one
