My nieces thought it would be a fun event for Christmas weekend so we're giving it another go after a 20 year absence. Would you help me with a few questions?

1. If it's cold do they have outdoor heaters?

2. Do all parties have to be present at check-in and what documents are required (i.e. ressie #)?

3. Where is check-in?

4. I read in another post that you can check-in at any guest service window. True or no?

Guess I've bombarded you enough. As always I'm grateful for these boards and members.

I've been 3-4 times, last time was July 2018. In no way an expert.

1. No idea, always warm to hot when we go.

2. Our party is always together, are you planning a large group that arrives separately & thinking you want them to filter in & sit together as they arrive? I see no reason they wouldn't as it has been prepaid, but if not, then wait for everyone & go in together, it's a beautiful resort to enjoy while you wait.

3. Follow signs to the back left outside of the great ceremonial house (lobby). You will check-in maybe 50-100 ft from the tables they seat you at.

4. Never heard of this, nor any need to check in other than at #3 above.

Don't forget to plan a few minutes to enjoy the beach as you exit. I recommend barefoot.
