Aloha Isle - what time is it open till?

is the stand open at night? Any chance to get a Dole Whip before SpectroMagic?
I believe they dont open till 1030am (at least they didnt one of my last visits)

I think they were open during late night EMH hours when we were there in August. Or maybe it was just near park closing at the time....but they were definitely open later than I had expected.
