I had CRT for DD's birthday in september but it showed 2 adults (instead of 1 adult/1child) when I went online, & I know that I had specified it when making the ADR by phone.
So I called yesterday to modify the ressie, got a CM who did'nt know how to do it & could'nt help but put me on hold. I just got a very bad feeling about it when she cut off the line while I was on hold. I went online and, sure enough, she had cancelled the ressie

I called again & again, spoke to 3 different CM explaining my case & thankfully got it back, with a different conf#. Went online & everything was showing corrrectly. Last night, a CM called home to give me a new conf#.
When I go online I now see 2 identical ADRs with different conf# ??
What should I do ? I'm so scared to loose it again if I call
Is Disney gonna cancel one automatically (if so, when) ?
Should I cancel one myself online ? but then, which one ?
I'm so upset right now

all the ones i've had are, minus one. if you realize that they're not getting it...tell them that you have another call and that you'll call back. you can try asking for the same CM but he might not be working today or on teh phone already.
