Alltel Coverage

How is the Alltel Coverage in Orlando and the parks? Also what plan do you have?

Since we have four phones on the same plan (and two of them belong to teens) I am sure we have a relatively pricey plan but I am not sure exactly what it is...anyway, we have been with ALLTEL for several years covering several WDW visits and have never had any problems with reception in Orlando or in the theme parks.

We have had all tell now for 4 years. We live just outside tampa and have been to the orlando area several times. We have the entire state of florida coverage (can't remember the name of the plan) when we are in orlando our phone always says roming but we are never charged roming charges. The reception is very good. Hope this helps.

We have Alltell, the Family National Freedom plan. I've never had a problem with coverage while we were in Orlando. Our phones do say that we are roaming, but we are never charged roaming fees. We don't stay onsite, and we go all around the city, never had any problems using the phone. I've called home and also had people call me while we were in the parks, no problems there either.

We have had the Alltel Total Freedom Plan for 5 years and 5 trips to WDW, and never any problems using the phones in the parks. Great reception every trip.

Same here. National Freedom-- Alltel for two years. Never had any problems.
