AllStar Cheerleading Nationals April 2008

Has anyone had a daughter/son cheer at the Allstar cheerleading nationals that they hold inside of the Universal Parks? Next year they will be held April 4 - 6, 2008 . Is it reasonably priced? Do you have to purchase park tickets through the cheer organization? Are the parks and on site hotels super crowded? Any thoughts or information is appreciated

I can't answer your cheerleading questions but I can help you get rid of the crazy text. Just go into user cp, into signature and delete everything after RPR 2004

I haven't done competitions at US/IOA but DD does do dance competitions at WDW. I imagine they run along the same lines. You do have to buy park tickets, both for the performers and the spectators. We stay onsite when we do the competitions as I think it would be too hard to try to stay offsite and get back and forth w/costume changes, etc. I book my hotel as soon as I know the dates so that I can get in where I want. If the prices go down you can always adjust your reservation. Have a great time!

I forgot to add that we buy our tickets on our own. I usually go down a few days before the competition and stay a few days later so I make my own arrangements. Our dance studio is really good about letting us do that.
