This may have been addressed many times before, but I would appreciate any comments on past personal experience using Allseastravel as an agent to book DCL vacations.

This is our second time using All Seasons Travel and they are very nice people. We used Sandie and she was very nice to deal with. I would use them again anyday. Highly recommend........

Although I use a TA other than Allseas, I have heard they are an excellent, well run agency....In addition, they have a great website that actually lists pricing for different categories on all upcoming cruises, including FL Res, which is particularly useful for me....

Hi DisneyBill- When I booked my first cruise in March for an upcoming Jan. cruise I went online to about 6 different sites. The best deals were from this boards sponsor, DreamsUnlimited and the overall best price was AllSeason Travel. They were 610.00 cheaper for exactly the same itinerary, stateroom and dates. With a savings that dramatic I couldn't pass it up. I tried to bump up the thread that I started that got a huge amount of responses, but they closed it off to new posts. Here is a link to it that could help you in your decisions. http://disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=335667

Any of you using All Seasons gettting documents very late; we cruise on 8/30 and still have not received docs; they said they priority mailed them on Monday; doesn't that seem late to most of you; we have sailed 2 times before with other agencies and always got them over a month before and were expressed mailed or hand delivered to us.
Anyone get docs that late?

Their prices were great; but wish they would have let us pay for express mail for docs if they had to come in so late; I think docs should come in a minimum of 2 weeks before sailing; some people vacation before the cruise.
They do not work on Saturday; so when I started to really get concerned since it was less than 2 weeks before the cruise with no docs, there was no one to speak to (on Sat or weekend).
I guess they thought calling me Monday to tell me they put them through priority mail would do, but I would think a lot of Disney people are used to such great service that if docs are late they are expressed mailed.
A penny for your thoughts on this.
Am I being anal?

Disney has been sending in travel docs late for groups; All Seasons gives us great rates since they buy in bulk and Disney has been especially late in servicing group travel. It is not their fault, but Disney's.
So Disney needs to correct this asap since most cruisers want docs more than a week before a cruise!
I should not blame All Seasons and if I am upset, I guess I should call Disney, but I would guess they would not talk to me since I booked with a travel agent.
I will not let it bother me anymore! i WILL HAVE A GREAT CRUISE IN A LITTLE OVER A WEEKS TIME!!! YEH!
After all I got a wonderful rate and a former category 5 stateroom at a discounted category 7 price; I feel like I have complained too much!

I just booked through All Seasons Travel for an October 9 cruise. I also worked with Sandie and she said I would recieve my documents 2 weeks before the cruise. Makes me a little nervous but we're staying at the AKL two days prior to sail time so I supposed if we don't get them in time they could always Fed Ex them to the hotel since they are in Jacksonville, Florida. We saved a little over $1000.00 on two category 4s by booking through this agency so I was really excited. Enjoy your cruise, can't wait for my first one!:Pinkbounc

You can call the disneycruise travel agents to get info...even if you booked through all seas...I had to do this when I booked through allseas because I couldn't get a call back on info I needed.

Disney cruise agent was very helpful...didn't understand why I was not given the information to start with.

I got my docs in the mail today(Priority).
Chuck who is the President at All Seasons Travel told me they will probably send docs express mail if they come in late and close to cruise time from now on and they will probably start staffing on Saturday as well.
They have been real nice and genuine and are a very good value; they care about their customers, so please continue to use them; I know we will!

I know they were staffing their office last Saturday because I called and got info (quote on a CCL trip) from a very helpful & friendly TA. Only problem was, she told me the ship I was checking in to was a brand new ship coming out next month but, in truth, it is not brand new & is just repositioning next month from Mexican Riviera to Caribbean. Evidently she was mixed up due to this but wondered if this was a sign of inexperience? Got me to wondering!

P.S. I need to get that countdown clock fixed! Sad!!! :(

I have booked with them many times, including our upcoming cruise in just TWO WEEKS!! They are proactive by continually checking for rate drops. On one cruise they saved me over $1,000 which I would have never known about because it was pre disboards.

When we sailed in May of last year Chuck, the owner, and his wife were on board as well. They went out of their way to come stop by our table at dinner to meet us and make sure everything was OK.

I have always timely received our docs from them as well. As you can see from a post above from Woobie, not all TAs are the same and it is nice to have one who you can trust.

Hi DisneyBill,

We have booked our second cruise with All Seasons Travel, and I highly recommend them. We cruised on the Wonder on 7/31 for 3 nights and are booked for a 7 night on May 22, 2004. I checked many, many TA's and they were by far the best priced. $3695 for 4 people, cat 8, which was almost $1000 cheaper than anyone else. I have received follow-up emails from Chuck, the owner, and he seems very nice.
